What is Executive Search?
A. Basically, Executive Search is the process of
matching individuals searching employment (candidates) with prospective
employers (clients).
Q. Are there different types of Executive Search?
A. Yes,
there are retained searches and contingency searches. In a retained
search, the executive recruiter has been placed on contract by a client
company and asked to find a candidate who meets the qualifications for one
of the client's positions. In a contingency search, the executive
recruiter effectively markets candidate resumes to client companies where
he has established a relationship. Q.
How much does this service cost?
A. The
client company pays all fees. There is no cost to the candidate. Also,
there is no cost to send your resume to us for listing in our database. Q.
How can I best work with my executive search consultant?
A. To
gain maximum benefit, provide your executive recruiter with as much
detailed information on your background and experience as possible. Also,
advise your executive consultant if you have any special considerations,
